Have not heard from you for some time.

Tell Steve not to let his faith for his old Country wain for they certainly didn't waiver once in stopping the Hun. Fritz can run all over France as long as the Allies kill six to one. GEN. FOCH who is in command will probably be the idol of the world when this battle is over.

Have been at the front since the first of Feb. This is some stretch but would just soon stay up at the front until the finish.
