Dear Ma and Pa,

Can only write you a short line as we move again. We just got back from the front and believe me there was some excitement in the closing chapters

Mil and I didn't even get a scratch so don't worry as we have got so we can dodge those
"JACK JOHNSON'S" now.
TY COBB never hit a ball as fast
as some of them come.

Expect to be home by fall as it will be all over (Germany) pretty quick.
